About Us

Gather lives inside a piece of downtown Minot history. Our space was once the Mandan Creamery Company, built in the early 1900s and thoughtfully renovated and restored to honor its past while welcoming something new. Long ago, a railroad track ran straight through the very spot where you now grab your coffee, bringing goods, people, and energy into the heart of town. Today, that same spirit of connection lives on.

From the exposed character of the old creamery to its downtown location, Gather was designed to feel familiar, warm, and full of stories, because the best places always are.

A Marketplace of North Dakota Flavor

Food is at the heart of Gather. From the beginning, the goal was to work with as many local vendors as possible to create a true marketplace feel, one that showcases the talent and flavor of our region. We proudly partner with local favorites like Prairie Sky Breads, Dakota Angus, 1408 Meats, Mojo Roast, and Dakota Roasters, bringing fresh, high-quality ingredients and handcrafted goods together under one roof.

Gather is located inside No. 18, creating a seamless connection between food, drink, and community, all in one place. Whether you’re stopping in for coffee, a meal, or a night out, you’re supporting local with every visit.

Gather comes from the owners of The Putt District, Indak Media, and the Minot Food Truck Festival, projects all rooted in bringing people together. The idea behind Gather was simple: create a place for everyone. A place where friends meet, families linger, kids are welcome, pets are part of the fun, and evenings can turn into something special with spirits and good conversation.

That vision is built right into the name. Gather isn’t just somewhere you stop, it’s somewhere you stay.
